Pickup & Shipping
CLICK & COLLECT
If you wish to pickup your lashes instead of receiving them via Australia Post, at checkout choose the 'Pickup' option and your order will be ready to collect within the next 24 - 48 hours. Pickup location is BALDIVIS (6171), Western Australia, and is free of charge.
Once your order is ready to be collected, please expect a text message regarding pickup arrangement and address - ensure your phone number is entered correctly.
SHIPPING
All orders are delivered through Australia Post.
At checkout you can select Standard or Express shipping. Standard orders are sent out within 1-4 business days and Express orders are sent out within 24 hours of payment.
Please allow: Standard Shipping 4-10 business days, Express Shipping 1-3 business days, after initial order has been shipped / tracking number email is sent out (received by Australia Post office).
The above timeframes are approximate and can fluctuate due to Australia Post experiencing delays. Butterfly Kisses does not hold responsibility for shipping delays after your package has been received by Australia Post.
Note: Orders placed after 9:00AM (AWST) Saturday, will not be shipped until the following Monday, as Australia Post closes at 12:00PM on a Saturday and is closed all day on Sunday and Public Holidays. This applies to both Standard and Express parcels.
If you fail to receive your order in 15 business days please contact sales@butterflykisseslashes.com through email or direct message through Instagram or our Facebook page.
International orders
All international orders are shipped with Express Shipping, via Australia Post.
We have already shipped orders to every state of Australia, to Canada, The United States, United Kingdom, Europe and New Zealand. If at checkout you do not see your country option, please send an email to sales@butterflykisseslashes.com or direct message to our Instagram or Facebook page and we can arrange to get your order sent out.
DISCLAIMER
Once the order leaves our store and is received by an Australia Post office, Butterfly Kisses does not hold any accountability for; lost or stolen parcels, delays in shipping, incorrect delivery addresses, missed deliveries and late collection from your local post office or items that are confirmed delivered by tracking.
In the unlikely situation that any shipping issue occurs, please contact sales@butterflykisseslashes.com via email with your order number and the details, and we will investigate further.
If any situation does occur, we endeavour to cover all bases and contact Australia Post directly for more information, for additional instruction to where your parcel may be, and the steps we can follow to resolve it. However, we do not guarantee a replacement parcel will be sent out unless proper investigation has deemed your item as lost in the mail. Other issues caused that are not at fault of Butterfly Kisses do not guarantee a replacement parcel.
