Lash Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on change of mind purchases. Although, products with defects we will replace after proper investigation.

Please keep in mind all our lashes are handmade, and it may appear that a pair in the same style looks slightly different to others of the same kind. These variations are not considered damaged goods.

In the rare case you do need a replacement pair of lashes, please take a photo of how you received your item and email it to sales@butterflykisseslashes.com within 48 hours, and we will address the issue.

Butterfly Kisses will work on any issue or situation case by case and reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange. 

Hair Clip Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on change of mind purchases. Although, products with defects that are unusable, we will replace upon investigation.

All hair claws are hand packed and inspected prior to being sent out. We will not package a claw that is cracked or defected in any way.

If you order a claw with shipping, we ensure the correct safety precautions in packaging so no breakage occurs in freight.

If by the time it reaches your door a break occurs in shipping, please send a photo to sales@butterflykisseslashes.com or an Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of opening and we will replace upon investigation - given we have available stock. If we have no stock, a refund will be given.
